PERSONAL - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
APPEARANCE: Hannah has brown hair that falls slightly past her shoulders. It is somewhat wavy, but for the most part it's straight. She has brown eyes that are always kind and gental, except when dealing with demons when traces of pity slip in. She's on the shorter side and looks thinner than she is as a fair amount of her body mass is muscle. Her skin is somewhat pale and she has light freckles dotting her nose and cheeks. When it comes to her choice style, she prefers a simple t-shirt and a pair of jeans. Tucked underneath her shirt is a smal wooden cross she wears all the time.
STRENGTHS:
WEAKNESSES:
PERSONALITY: Hannah is calm and kind. She barely ever becomes anrgy, though she can become frustrated at times. She doesn't believe that anger is healthy for the spirit, as while angry it becomes easy for Lucifer and his demons to slip in unnoticed. Anger in her mind leaves a chink in the armor that is easy to penetrate. She also neither hates nor dislikes anyone or anything except demons who choose to posses humans and fight that way, rather than out in the open. No matter what someone does, she always believes that she should forgive them. After all, it is not up to her who goes to Heaven and who to hell, therefore what right does she have to judge? It is this thinking that allows her to forgive easily. She is also trusting, but not to the point of being naive. She is careful to watch for demons and keep them at bay, away from her.
She takes her job protecting people seriously. She is not willing that any should perish. She understands that everyone dies at their appointed time and she does whatever she has to to ensure they survive until then. She follows God's will to the letter, but is wary of the higher ups in the beaucracy as she suspects that something is going on up there so is careful to double-and triple-check all of her orders. Even though she is an angel, she still prays directly to God for guidance when she is troubled instead of reporting to the higher angels for their opinion of what should be done. She also trusts her knowledge of right and wrong when it comes to her orders. After all, just because she has been ordered does not mean that it is God's will all of the time. She trusts the instincts placed into her when she was first created and therefore may sometimes alter the instructions that she has been given.
HISTORY: Hannah was created in Heaven by God at the dawn of time along with all of the other angels. She keeps no record of time and sees it as unimportant except when dealing with matters on Earth. She has no memory of her creation, only that it was so. She was there to witness the fall of Lucifer and his demons, fighting with the majority of the angels on God's side. She has worked her way up in the beaucracy in Heaven finally reaching a point where she would be able to travel to and from Earth helping the humans. It was then that she began to notice things not adding up and she realized that not all of the angels were what they seemed or claimed. She began to realize that supporters of Lucifer had infiltrated the ranks of the beaucracy and since the angels higher up did not want to admit it, she watched as angels fell to earth in an attempt to get away from the corrupted beaucracy.
She has already heard all of the arguments asking where God was and why He didn't do anything to end the corruption, but she has always had a simple response, that He has his reasons. With all of the turmoil she's been seeing, even among the angels, her belief and faith in him has kept her steadfast. After all, faith is believing in what one cannot see, hear, or touch. But watching Lucifer be allowed by the higher ups to go free has begun some questions in her mind. She has found her faith in the angels, not God, shaken and is lost at what to do next. After all, how is she to know when she can't seperate what from her orders is God's will and what is the will of others? At the moment though she has pushed those questions aside to focus on protecting the humans lives and souls as well as bringing some of the fallen back. After all, no matter what they are still angels who have not yet joined Lucifer's side and she is determined to bring them back to God's.
OUT OF CHARACTER - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
NAME?ALIAS: Kate HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN RPING: four years WHERE DID YOU FIND US: lines of light RP SAMPLE: Beth noticed the completely lost look on the girl's face, as well as the mess of a map of Hogwarts that all new students, whether first years or transfers, were given. The maps didn't help half of the time. They didn't account for the moving staircases, nor the fact that half the time the school had a mind of its own. Doors changing position or turning into walls, secret passages appearing out of no where. It was a confusing school by itself and the maps made it look a million times worse. They were more or less just a bunch of scribbles on pieces of parchment. No offense to the staff of the school, but in Beth's mind they could at the very least make better maps.
Beth laughed at the girl's comment about the map. "Trust me, with the maps they hand out it wouldn't help much." she said. She noticed the girl's strong Irish accent, something that wasn't too new to Beth. After all, there was a population within Hogwarts who were from Ireland and had accents just as strong. It was something she had gotten used to over the years to the point where she didn't notice it that much over the years. She wondered if the girl was used to British accents or if everything but an Irish one sounded weird to her.
The girl sitting at the bottom of the stairs. Her hair was blond at first glance and was as straight as Beth's own was naturally. But within a couple of moments Beth began to see darker sections underneath the sheeth of blond. She looked younger, probably somewhere between fourth and sixth years. She vaguely remembered Aulora mentioning something about O.W.L.s so she assumed that the girl was probably a fifth year, though Beth wasn't positive. As she suspected, a Gryffindor patch was found upon the girl's robes. So it seemed Beth would be passing her off to Calix to make sure the girl became comfortable at Hogwarts.
Beth noticed the girl drop her accent as she introduced herself as Kitten, the new student from Ireland. Beth smiled and held out a hand. "My name's Beth. I'm the Head Girl, so any questions you may have, ask away. I'm here to answer them. I assume the professor assigned to give you the grand tour "lost" you?" Beth introduced lightly. Just as she had suspected. Honestly, you think the professors could be more willing to help. It was as though the expected the Heads and prefects to take care of everything for them. Not that Beth minded too much. She was happy to help.
"By the way, you don't have to try and cover your accent. There's a ton of people from Ireland here so it's pretty common. No one should give you any problem about it. If they do let me know. They shouldn't be and it'll give me something to do." she joked. Taking the map from the girl, she pocketed it. "The map isn't too much of a help, especially if you're trying to figure it out alone. I'd be happy to show you whatever you haven't already been shown, including your common room. By the looks of it you're in Gryffindor. I'm in Ravenclaw, but the Head Boy, Calix Cruz, is in Gryffindor as well. You can ask him any questions you may have as well."
